Calling all cider makers, orchardists, fruit enthusiasts and apple nerds!

Come learn about innovative orcharding methods, identifying and preserving heritage varieties, foraging wild fruit, cider making and lots more. Meet other orchard and apple lovers while spending a beautiful summer weekend in Maine!

Maine Apple Camp is a biennial event organized by MOFGA and the Maine Heritage Orchard. For 2026, we are thrilled to hold Maine Apple Camp at Camp Bishopswood in Hope, Maine. Tickets include food and lodging for the weekend, and are offered on a sliding scale. 

Registration for Maine Apple Camp 2026 will open in May of 2026!

*Scholarships are available for this event, enabling BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color); MOFGA Journeypersons; and other community members to register at no cost. Reduced rates are available for those wishing to attend Saturday only; as well as for children.

Landsmith Farm in Waldoboro, Maine, organically grows a wide variety of high-quality, tasty vegetables, herbs, willow, and cut flowers using practices that prioritize the health of the land and its stewards. Their products are sold wholesale and direct-to-consumer through a variety of channels, including a farm stand, pick-your-own garden, and a future CSA (community supported agriculture) program. Landsmith Farm is owned and operated by Erin Espinosa, whose identities as a queer latina woman farmer ground the farm in values of reciprocity, community, and perseverance.
